Delete your account

You can delete your Zayna account at any time, in the app or by writing to us.

In the app

  • Customers: Profile Delete account
  • Kitchens: Settings Delete account

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Without the app

Email support@zaynalibya.com from the email on the account, or include the phone number it uses and we'll confirm it with a code sent by SMS.

We delete the account within 7 days and confirm when it's done.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You can remove part of your data without deleting your account:

  • Kitchens: delete products and their photos, gallery photos, and withdraw offers, in the app.
  • Customers: remove favourites and cancel open requests, in the app.
  • Anything else (a review you wrote, past requests, notifications, profile photo, phone number): email support@zaynalibya.com and say what to delete.

We delete the requested data within 7 days and confirm; your account stays as it is.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted

  • Your account and profile
  • A kitchen's page, products and photos
  • Requests you posted and offers you sent
  • Favourites and notifications
  • Your early kitchen sign-up, when you ask

Kept

  • Reviews you wrote, without your name
  • Moderation records about reported content, for up to 12 months and without the reporter's details, to keep everyone safe
